Harvest Michigan and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Harvest Michigan believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Harvest Michigan and its subsidiaries.

- Harvest Michigan use of personal information that you may submit to Harvest Michigan through this Web site is governed by the Harvest Michigan Privacy Policy. All private information is considered confidential and only used as the customer has requested.
- Shipping & Delivery
- When you place your order, you are responsible for providing BTC with an accurate and a complete delivery address. You also agree that anyone at the delivery address who takes delivery of the products is authorized by you to do so.
BTC will utilize third party shipping (UPS, USPS, or FEDEX) and will make all reasonable efforts to ensure timely deliveries, however BTC cannot be held liable for any late deliveries or damages incurred by the shipping carrier. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to contact the shipper directly for damaged product.
- Return Policy
- We believe that our customers who order and purchase products through our website, BTC are confident in the product(s) they are ordering, and are in full knowledge of 'case' or bulk prices at the completion of the check-out process. Therefore, all sales are final unless damaged or an incorrect product is delivered. Contact Customer Service via email at cs@bythecase.com, or call 248-475-5805, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, EST. All Claims must have prior approval by customer service before returning the product. Refunds include the price of the product and applicable taxes, and must be requested within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. A refund will be credited to the credit card account used to purchase the product, only upon BTC receiving the case of unopened product. Naturally, we will do our best to accommodate your needs as we value you as a customer.
